Well Hello!

Hi everybody and welcome to the Seattle SeaHogs' Live Journal! We are excited to have you and hope you'll be interested in the goings-on of our (tiny) herd.

Let me introduce a couple bundles of quills who will be in charge of the updating...

Zeek: OOOOOHHHH! That'z me right!

Yes, that's you...Zeek is our first little quilled friend and he has been with us since January 19th of this year. He was born in Kansas and was found in a pet shop just begging me to take him home. He was just 2 months old then and has since grown into quite the happy young man.

Zeek: My favorit thingz iz wormbliez (no heads pleez) and cuddlin and diggin and sleepin and RUNNIN in my wheel and jumpin on the keez and makin wordz on the screen...an...an...an...

Just yesterday, we had another quilled friend arrive from Kansas. Her name is Zoe.

Zeek: Yuck! You'z talkin bout that girly thing again ain't you?

She's still real quiet and shy but she is quite the beauty! Daddy calls her "Princess Zoe."

Zeek: An I'm "POOPER ZEEK" right?!?

Zoe is Zeek's new girlfriend (whether he likes it or not!) and we hope to have some babies in the fall.

On the sadder side of things, a week ago our little sweet Callidora (a rescue who came to us in early March) crossed the rainbow bridge after battling cancer for many months. She joined the family dog Meg-A-Byte who passed that same morning.

Zeek: Mommy was very sad that day...
